Hand made spun molasses sugar covered in twice dipped swiss chocolate. Aerated and crunchy, this confection, that tastes of brown sugar and yum, has had many names. Cinder toffee, Buffalo candy, Crumble, Crunchy, Fairy food etc... it just translates into crunchy ohmylawd heaven.
